Exchange and Return Policy

1. Inspection Policy

To best protect our customers' interests, we have a policy to help customers check, view, and jointly check the products with the delivery staff when receiving the products. Specifically, the following applies:

Before receiving the product or before making payment (if the order is shipped by cash on delivery), customers have the right to open the package to confirm that the products inside are delivered with the correct model and quantity as requested by the customer.

- Customers check the appearance of the actual received product and compare it with the product ordered at the final order, such as quantity, printing color, size, shape, etc.

- After agreeing with the delivered order, customers receive the product.
(Only if the order is shipped by cash on delivery) Customers pay the delivery staff.

2. In case of exchange/return of products
We accept returns or reprints in the following cases

(i) The printed product does not match the contents of the product ordered.
(ii) The product size, material, or paper weight of the ordered product is different from the product size, material, or paper weight of the ordered product.
(iii) Major printing errors: blurred, dirty, obvious color unevenness, tears, peeling...

3. Cases where exchanges/returns cannot be accepted:
We cannot accept returns/exchanges in the following cases

(i) Content errors on the customer's side
(ii) Differences between the monitor display and the actual print. Product colors may vary slightly.
(iii) Used products, damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
(iv) Order changes made by the customer after ordering

4. Exchange/return procedure
Please contact us within 3 business days after receiving the product.

(i) Step 1: Send your exchange/return request by email or hotline with the following information.
a) Order number or related order information
b) Describe the problem in detail.

(ii) Step 2: Our staff will check and contact you accordingly.

(iii) Step 3: If our error is confirmed, you will receive the following.
a) Reprinting
b) Refund (full or partial, depending on the degree of defect)

5. Exchange/return costs

(i) 100% free if our mistake.
(ii) If reprinting is required due to your mistake, we will quote you on a case-by-case basis.
