Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Scope:
1.1. Domestic Shipping: Delivered through domestic shipping in Vietnam: (e.g. YAMATO, SAGAWA, LOGITEM, etc.)
1.2. Delivery to Ho Chi Minh City: Fast delivery by shipping companies (Grab, Be, Xanh SM, etc.) or delivery by our staff

2. Delivery Time:
2.1. Production Period: 1-5 business days depending on the type of product, quantity and complexity of the design
2.2. Delivery Time: After the customer approves the design and checks the printing, the delivery time is calculated as follows:
- Urban area: about 1-5 business days
- Remote areas: 3-5 business days (may change depending on the delivery location specified by the customer)

3. Shipping Fee:
Shipping fee depends on:
- The location where the customer wants to receive the product
- The weight and packaging size of the ordered product
- Free shipping on orders over 1,000,000 VND (excluding tax)
This shipping fee will be notified before delivery

4. Note:
Since the printing products are designed and manufactured according to the requirements of each customer, we ask the customers to:
- We print according to the file you provide, and refunds are generally not possible after printing. Please check the design carefully before submitting.

- Please fill in the shipping address completely and accurately to prevent delays or loss. If there is a change in the shipping address, please contact us via the contact page within 24 hours of placing your order.

- We cannot change the shipping address for products that have been ordered more than 24 hours ago. In addition, we are not responsible if you provide incorrect shipping address information.

- If any problems occur during the shipping process, such as causing a delivery delay, we will notify you as soon as we find out and discuss a solution.
